At the young age of 7, Josh Cohen's first job was filling the glue bottles in his family's cabinet company, Cohen Architectural Woodworking. As the middle child in a family of 9 kids, he took his responsibilities seriously. Over the years he has done many different jobs within the family business, and has done them all with diligence and integrity. Josh's integrity, morals, and strong ethics show in everything he does.

Josh was 21 when he bought his first home and has since expanded his investments to additional properties. He works closely with his clients to learn about their specific needs and plans. He's dedicated to helping each client find that perfect property, and to making their dreams come true.  Josh is very honest, professional, and knowledgeable in real estate and in his dealings with his clients.
