Wendy Chitwood is a native of Phelps county who was born and raised in the St. James area.  After graduating from St. James High School High School, Wendy attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority.

Wendy and her husband, Dr. Bryan Chitwood, own the St. James Veterinary Medical Center and she is a member of the St. James Chamber of Commerce.  They make their home in St. James with their three joyful and rambunctious children - Broc, Samantha and Allana.  The family enjoys swimming, sprots, and spending time together in the outdoors with their pets.

A passion for real estate was sparked when Wendy and Bryan purchased their first home.  Since then, Wendy has eagerly read every real estate book she could get her hands on, and made a concentrated effort to study the real estate industry.  It is her goal to put this knowledge, expertise, and professionalism to work for her clients.

"I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for real estate and assisting people who are in the midst of an important and complicated process."  When it comes time to relocate in this area, Wendy looks forward to helping her clients ensure that each transactin progresses smoothly, expeditiously, and to her client's complete satisfaction.  Wendy is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri.
